Payment Options

We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards. Should you need to make payments, our third party lender is CareCredit. The application process for using CareCredit must be completed prior to your appointment. Click the link below to apply.

Please bring your CareCredit issued  account number with you to the office at the time of your appointment.

The fee for your endodontic treatment will  based on the extent of treatment required and which tooth is treated. We are committed to helping you afford the treatment that you need and deserve in order to save your tooth. We will make every effort to provide you with the most convenient  financial options.

If endodontic treatment is indicated and decided upon, one total fee will be quoted. This fee includes all routine office visits needed during normal endodontic treatment procedures. If any circumstances require additional procedures (I.e. post and core build-ups, CBCT films, Gentle Wave disinfection, additional diagnostic appointments) there may be additional charges. If treatment is not initiated on the same day as the consultation, there will be a fee for the examination. If, for any reason, the treatment is begun, but not completed, the fee will be adjusted to half of the root canal fee, with the remainder due upon completion of the treatment.

If you are unable to make it to your designated appointment date and time, we require a phone call to: 360-734-4777 with 48 hours’ notice or a fee may be charged. We reserve an hour and a half of time to serve each patient’s needs, so cancelling without adequate notice makes it difficult to meet the needs of others would be glad to take your time slot.

For Patients with Dental Insurance

We work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment. We require that you pay your estimated co-pay at the time of service. The fees for your endodontic treatment are your responsibility, ultimately. Get acquainted with your insurance policy allowances prior to your treatment. If you have any questions, please ask our staff.

CareCredit

For patients without insurance

Payment in full at the completion of service. We offer CareCredit for those needing financial payment plans.
